Utah’s Orrin Hatch set to retire; Romney run for spot possible


[In June 2016, Senate Finance Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-UT) and Ranking Member Ron Wyden (D-OR) introduced the Families First  Prevention Services Act of 2016, which was designed to "Strengthen families by providing evidence-based prevention services to keep children out of foster care and reduce inappropriate group home placements." (Bill Summary). The legislation passed the House but failed to pass the Senate.]
