The following is a chart based on current DFCS data that reflects the percentage of discharges for placements from FY 2013 - present based on the length of stay. CPAs and CCIs reflect similar trajectories. Of the total CPA discharges between FY 2013 to present, 1.4% occur at more than 1,096 days in care; CCIs at .04%. The data includes multiple reasons and factors around discharge. spreadsheets

Program Description: This 3-hour course will address how to incorporate principles of leadership, professional authority, and performance management into a structured and effective supervisory approach. Additional focus will be provided on how to transition from peer to supervisory role and establish effective boundaries in professional relationships. To aid in learning, a number of complex scenarios will be analyzed to explore how to approach this topic with knowledge and skill.
