Public Resource on foster care capacity
from The Chronicle of Social Change

Our findings from state and federal data suggest that the recent surge in foster care is over, and that the number of licensed foster homes in the country has risen. Visit www.fostercarecapacity.org for all of our featured data and individual state profiles.
