Program Description: Working together is crucial to ensure the best outcomes for children in care. This interactive session will help participants identify their personal styles, understand how their work preferences may impact others, and identify methods to improve professional and client relationships.

Working with LGBTQ youth

Program Description: This session provides tools for working with LGBTQ+ clients, families, colleagues, and other organizations, including our own perceptions and realities of the world at large.  Focus of the session will be cultural humility, terminology around identities, and how we may provide culturally humble services.
