Weekly Update January 18, 2019
FFPSA White Paper
This White Paper is the combined effort of Together Georgia and GATS members. You gave your input during the Chapter Meetings while also raising important questions and concerns.
Once the Paper was in draft form many of you reviewed the draft and provided changes and additions. This was done several different times.
Gabby Sheely our expert took all of that and wrote this amazing White Paper. I hope you are as proud of it as I am. This is a very important document which has been presented to Interim Director Tom Rawlings and his leadership team, at a meeting of the foundation community and to Governor Kemp’s staff. It will now be used as a tool for all of those and all of us as we move forward and implement the Family First Act in Georgia. Thank you to all of you who made this possible and a big thank you to Gabby!!
►NOW OPEN - Registration is now open for the 2019 Executive Retreat scheduled April 22 & 23 at the Jekyll Island Club. Family Preservation Services Act implementation discussion will be front and center at this year's event. Please make plans to attend. Additional details will be forthcoming.
