Registration is now open for the 2019 Executive Retreat scheduled April 22 & 23 at the Jekyll Island Club. (Please also call the hotel to make your room reservation 912-635-2600.) Our Executive Retreat is designed to create a positive atmosphere in which thought leaders engage in meaningful and productive dialogue with our members to improve collaboration and practices for those whom we serve. Family Preservation Services Act implementation discussion will be front and center at this year's event.  The retreat will be filled with opportunity for you and your senior staff to engage in meaningful conversations with child welfare leaders. There will be ample opportunities to network with your colleagues while you enjoy the beautiful and relaxed setting at the Jekyll Island Club. We trust you will leave the retreat encouraged and rested to better face tomorrow’s challenges.

Program Description: Often times, we may be tempted to overlook the leadership opportunities that exist for 'front line' staff.  However, front line staff can make or break the effectiveness, evaluation and overall health of an organization.  Designed for front line staff as participants, this session will focus on developing a leadership identity and examine how to lead from the front.
