Practical Matters Reality Fair

Creative Community Services is coordinating a state-wide Practical Matters Reality Fair for youth ages 14-21 who are in the DFCS or Department of Juvenile Justice System (DJJ). The event is designed to give at-risk youth the chance to gain the "real-world" experience of making financial decisions in their lives. In addition, the event will host a career fair to expose these youth to potential careers. Youth must register to attend. Click here for additional information and  YOUTH registration.

The event is being held July 19 from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. at the Georgia Tech Student Center at 350 Ferst Dr. NW, in Atlanta, GA.

Volunteers are needed to assist with the Reality Fair booths:  "Housing", "Utilities", "Daycare", "Out of Money", and more. Click here for VOLUNTEER registration.
