Together Georgia welcomes new member, Georgia MENTOR

Founded in 1991, Georgia MENTOR is a leading home- and community-based human services provider. Georgia MENTOR is a part of The MENTOR Network, a national network of local health and human services providers located across the country.  As a partner of The MENTOR Network, Georgia MENTOR is able to leverage their national quality improvement program to support the services in Georgia. MENTOR offers innovative programs to youth. Services for children and their families include:

• Specialty & Medically Complex Foster Care
•  Post Adoption Services through the Family Intervention Team (FIT)
• Case Management & Coordination
• Family Intervention & Crisis Management
• Respite Care
• Family Vistas Treatment Model
