Weekly Update March 10, 2017

LEGISLATIVE UPDATE

We are hearing that the Senate Appropriation Subcommittee will complete their recommendations for any edits to the Governor's FY 18 budget this coming Monday, March 13.  That means impacted CCI and CPA providers only have three more days to let their legislators know your critical need of receiving at minimum a 6.46% rate increase.

The legislative matrix has been edited to include only bills that 'crossed'over' last Friday.  Any previously dropped bill that did not move from the legislative body of origin to the other legislative body i.e., House to Senate is dead for this session as a stand alone bill.  Bills that did not cross-over can still be considered as amendments to other active bills.  legislative matrix 20170310

Please let us know if you need any information on these bills or other legislative items.
