JOB NOTICES

Please note Together Georgia has a Job Bank to which TG members may post notices on the website at www.togetherga.net.   The system is new and members will need to log in with user name and password that was previously provided to member agency directors. (User name is the first initial and last name of agency director; password, if forgotten may be reset - reset will go to the agency director's inbox. )

REMINDER: Connecting with Legislators

Agencies are encouraged to schedule time with their legislators.  It’s important to develop and maintain positive relationships with your legislators; Summer and Fall afford time to connect while they are out of session back in their districts. Cultivating these relationships will help later when we need to reach out to legislators with critical issues and concerns.

Legislators often take time to meet with constituents in their districts during the legislative recess. Offering a tour with first-hand perspective of your agency provides legislators an opportunity to better understand our work in child welfare and dispel misconceptions.

Also, take opportunity to support your legislator’s community meetings within your district. Remember to invite them to your special events and take/share pictures via local media and social media.
